Mencipes Brand Concepts

I am designing a brand for a new blog venture. I need your opinion.

The background on the blog is, it will be a blog for men to post recipes. There will hopefully be a number of men who sign up to post so there should be quite a few recipes. I’m going to put a few specific categories up that should make it entertaining.

With that being said, these are the two brand concepts that I have worked it down to. Please add a comment and let me know which you think is the best and why.

    I like the simplicity of the font in option A. Sounds like an interesting venture! Good luck!
